Having been with Gaelic Inns since 1996, I was given opportunities time and again to grow with the company, from a part-time staff to Deputy General Manager of Muddy Murphy's. Subsequently I was offered the opportunity to run Scruffy Murphy's, their new outlet in the East Coast. This allowed me the chance to explore new opportunities and face new challenges everyday. It's a job that's constantly rewarding and I look forward to many more years with the company.
